EuPA travel grants

EuPA will award 10 travel grants of up to 500 € each.

EuPA travel grants are provided following the general guideline of one travel grant per lab and not more than two travel grants per country.

Travel receipts will be asked in each case in order to justify the requested amount. Participants from other Societies than that of the local organizers will receive priority. Awardees will be identified by the Educational Committee.

Applications should be sent to the EuPA Secretary, Christian Kleinhammer, (This email address is being protected from spambots. Deadline for application is 3 weeks before the conference starts.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

(i) PhD/Master degree ≤ 4 years
(ii) individual member of a EuPA Associated Society
(iii) completed registration for the intended Conference
(iv) submission of an abstract for the Conference

After the conference is finished applicant should send us a final report from the conference (max 1 page) including a picture from the applicant in front of the poster.

Travel cost receipts and certificates of attendance at the Conference/Workshop(s) are needed in order to document and justify the final grant payments.

SEProt grants

SEProt will give 10 grants of 200 € each to support attendance to the congress.

Conditions: SEProt PhD student. Registration to the congress is required. One travel grant will be awarded per lab.
Deadline: 31st of March 2018. Results will be announced by 6th of April.
