20th November 2017 Call for abstracts
15th March 2018 Deadline for abstracts submission
9th April 2018 Abstract notification

An online submission system will be available for XII Europa Congress attendees. Submitters will be requested to create an account and submit the abstract according to the given instructions.

Maximum of 2 abstracts per presenting author.

At least one of the authors must register as XII Eupa Congress attendee; the presenting author must always be registered. No abstract will be listed as part of the congress programme or book unless at least one of the authors (presenting author) is formally registered as attendee.

All abstracts for both oral and poster presentations should be prepared according to the instructions and submitted through the abstracts platform.

An abstract in English, limited to 300 words in a single paragraph, is required in all cases. The abstract should contain a concise but comprehensive statement of the investigation and results. The title and the abstract will be freely available on the congress website and should be considered an advertisement for the paper as it may be all that most viewers will read.
